According to the DMA (Direct Marketing Association) about 10% of customer data is obsolete by the end of a year (change of address, phone number, etc). For business data the decay is at more than three times that of consumer data.
In order to keep up with any changes that our clients are experiencing we are running a data verification exercise – so look out into your inbox and you will be receiving (or already received) an email urging you to update your details (in case of any change).
