We receive a lot of letters from our customers but this is a lovely letter we just received which made us all smile. Our customer went to a lot of effort with his letter; we hope you enjoy reading it:
"Oh Goody" we thought "a lovely hamper for Christmas"
Christmas came and Christmas went, alas no hamper. The weather deteriorated and gloom spread over the whole country. Then one cold, dark evening in our remote little cottage, the grandfather clock struck seven and there was a knock on the front door. “Someone’s lost” I said as I opened the door, but no; there was a van outside and a cold, wet delivery man with a small box for us. A small box but full of exciting products in an exquisite hamper. It reminded both of us of the excitement of a Christmas stocking searching the contents.
I went to check the front door and there was no van, but oddly, there were no tracks in the snow either and was I dreaming or was the delivery man wearing a red suit under his raincoat.
Thank you for the hamper and for using the delivery company of S Claus unlimited.
Happy New Year
A good reason to smile on a cold, damp January day
