Experience: Over 80 years in the fine food industry starting with Great grandfather Percy in 1918. Today the quaint shop has gone and been replaced by 45’000 sq foot of modern purpose built warehousing. He would be surprised but delighted to see how the hamper operation has grown.
Quality: Fantastic foods make exciting hampers. Quite simply our mission statement is to provide hampers full of “lifes little luxuries” that are good value for money and “ wow” the recipient.
Personal service: Phone us up and you will get straight through to someone who can help and knows what they are talking about. Ian Spicer is the MD and has years of operational knowledge. His sister Claire Skinner has the nice job of sourcing and tasting everything ! Behind them are staff that care and work very hard.
Delivery: We send out over 100,000 per annum. A dedicated team of staff check your deliveries, and chase up queries with couriers. Best reasons why a hamper hasn’t arrived True or false ? The courier van has been hijacked. Customs have blown it up. Both are completely true !
No Quibbles: If you have a reason to complain about anything we listen and get it sorted out. It doesn’t happen often but when it does you will find that we work hard to retrieve the situation.
